No, all sales are final.
How long will it take my order to ship?
I strive to ship within 7 business days. Please note that this is a one woman show, and there may be delays. If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 2 weeks, please contact mfneedlepoint@gmail.com
What if my package is delayed?
I cannot provide refunds for incorrect shipping addresses. MF Needlepoint is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. You may file a claim with USPS/UPS 15 days after the package was shipped.
How long do restocks take?
Items will be restocked within a few months of selling out.
